What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1-3 days to process your order and 2-8 days for delivery.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we only ship to : Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Svalbard & Jan Mayen

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we have a tracking system that you can find directly on our site in the tabs at the top of the page.

 

My order is missing some items. What happens?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly.

I've received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We're sorry to hear that.

Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: support@vorticar.com and we'll send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.

We are located in Franche-Comté, France.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package, or would like to inquire about tracking your package, please contact us at support@vorticar.com

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you would still like to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, as long as the recourse is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
